Absolute favorite for family celebrations and occasions! Hospitable service a d very cheerful waitress who took such good care... of the guests. The food was fresh, yummy and refreshing! Special mention on the waffles and the yummy fruit jams on the sidesthat completes a perfect brunch. Read more
We waited almost an hour for our food and in all that time, they still got my order wrong anyway. It?s not like they were super... busy too or anything, we were pretty much one out of the three groups of people there. Left a terrible first impression and willnot be returning. 6 adults came for a late dinner and sat in the lounge area. We ordered drinks which didn?t show up for 25 minutes. 1 of the... drinks was not made properly and tasted terrible. It was replaced by a different cocktail, also not right but drank it anyway.The wings were okay as were the nachos. We waited 15 minutes for our bills and then they were all wrong. Took them away, cameback wrong again. After 3 try?s we just paid and left. Forgot the fries and gravy were terrible. Lounge was almost empty. Won?tbe going there again. Read more
Got seated quickly but didn't bring our drinks even though we specifically asked. Weren't checked on by our waitress however... another one came to make sure we were okay. Then we were waiting for our non-arriving bill so after almost ten minutes of beingignored we went to the front where half our party went to the car . While waiting yet again another waitress came to seat usafter explaining she went to get our original waitress. Needless to say the tip was reflected of the service. Read more
20 minutes into waiting for a breakfast for 2 adults and a toddler, we are told that a ?big? order came in and therefore our... order that at that point should have been on our table, will take another 40 minutes. And apparently we were not the only ones,considering the multiple annoyed people in the parking lot. Heads up, when you have a large party, tell people before they sitdown that it is the case and maybe it will be a longer wait time. Stopped in at the lounge this evening with the wife, our first time at this location and thought it was splendid. Loved the... booth seating and tv?s everywhere. The food was good, service was 3.75/5, could have had another couple servers on the floor,but they were prompt & friendly. Overall, I was very impressed with the lounge and setup of the pool tables & VLT?s. It feltopen and cozy at the same time. Especially enjoyed playing TapTV, which we hadn?t played in a few years. Our Smittys(Meadowood) location doesn?t have pizza on the menu and my wife loved the pizza. This location should be what the other Smittylocations should strive to become. Read more
