My wife and I enjoyed our first visit back to Salisbury House on Pembina Hwy, in a very l9ng time! We were not disappointed. Great service from servers and employees, however As we were leaving we witnessed the unfortunate berating of an employee and... her partner. Referred to as " You and Donna " To hear people in the service industry having to be embarrassed and humiliatedpublicly by anyone while doing their job and continue to smile and serve customers as it's happening is not an acceptablepractice. We felt so bad for this precious server who did remarkable under this kind of pressure. The issue seemed to be theywere the blame for breaking a coffee maker because they were making coffee the incorrect way . So this individual stood overthem watching how they made coffee. Good food and great service there. So glad we tipped our waitress in a good way. Be kind toeach other. It goes a long way in business. You can get that liver and onions, Salisbury steak and fries. Overall, food was good. One of us got eggs over/undercooked. It... was redone but no good, then they applied a discount. Restaurant area was busy but clean, our service host friendly and as prompt as she could be under the circumstances. I had the... breakfast special and value for dollar it's excellent and served hot. Not your best effort today Sal's Pembina. Selected "cheese" in the skip app to add to our "meat eater skillet", was expecting... something a little more that, what look and tastes exactly like a processessed cheese product cheese slice, half heartedlydropped on top.
