This was my 2nd visit to your store. Ordered the identical meal both times Mr Big Nip platter. The comparison between the 2... visits was huge when it came to the food. 1st the coleslaw on the first visit was delicious, nice and creamy - the 2nd visitreceived a coleslaw that was okay but not creamy more like an oil & vinegar type. The burger on the first visit was thick a fullpattie that you could identify from all edges. I was actually biting into a decent size pattie cooked to perfection. Ithoroughly enjoyed. That was the reason why we went back the delicious burger. Not what we got on the 2nd visit. It was on aTuesday and strongly believe that the meat portion was made for a child's burger with all the components of a Mr Big. The meatpattie barely covered 1/2 the bun and the thickness was maybe 1/8 in thickness. My comment - do not go there on a Tuesday asthey stretch the meat. If going on a Tuesday I would order from their special instead of paying full price and receive thespecial. It was very busy in the restaurant and received excellent service. It was actually the same waitress both times. Idid not complain it wasn't her fault. It lies on either the chef or management. Will I return ?? Read more

What a huge letdown this was. Staff crabbing at each other, especially one waitress. Our food sat in the window pass until it... was no longer hot. The fries seemed to be from frozen, that bland taste. The burger was okay. Glad I didn't opt for thebreakfast, no longer shredded but from frozen chunks. Too many short cuts, place needs a cleaning, staff needs a how to courseon customer service. Service times start when you come in the door until your food arrives. For a burger and fries 40 minutes isridiculously long. I'm a former Winnipeger so my expectations were for what used to be. I would love the opportunity to remakethe chain in those eyes. But that won't happen so they will sink with the sun in the not too distant future because all theirchanges have been for profit not customer satisfaction. So I say to all of you potential customers, instead of returning, showyour dissatisfaction with your feet. If they feel threatened they will adapt, hopefully for the better. Read more

Order was wrong, food was cold, coffee was cold, Only plus was the waitress was very polite and did what she could. Worst... experience at a Salisbury House, I would go to any other Salisbury house then this one. Again Wonderful waitress who tried tohelp but food was terrible and one order as I said was entirely wrong. Read more

Poor service 2 times in a row. As I did enjoy the food before I will no longer be purchasing food from here. This night I... brought my family out for an $86 meal for 4 of us. Our waters ran dry, no syrup for my kids French toast, food was like warmcause waitress was busy talking with colueges. My soup came 10 seconds before my meal so I had to cancel the soup. Absolutetrain wreck. When I'm shelling out nearly $100 for a family meal I expect to at least get what you ordered in a semi promptmanner and not have to remind waitress for syrup, and dipping sauces, etc. . Read more
