I am not a fan of overcomplicated food, and that's exactly what you get here. When you order perogies you have to dig under a... mountain of weird toppings to try and find them, and the fries are completely over loaded with at least three different types ofseasoning. Not my cup of tea at all, and as a restaurant that promotes itself as a "family" restaurant, I can't see it being abig hit or lasting too long. Perogies and french fries are simple items... I will not be eating here ever again. Food was not the greatest. It took forever to get food. When it was served it was not the... best. My wife's food did not even get served as the served chose to tell us when all the food came out that the kitchen ran outof something to make my my wife's dinner so they could not make it. Nothing else was offered and she did not get served a meal.Fries were greasy. Steak was disgusting and fatty. The server was completely useless!!!! Not only did she not inform my wifeabout the kitchen and her meal issue but she was cheap on the napkins..... never once offered to refill my drink. I will neverbe eating here again. The only good thing I can say is that the washrooms were nice and clean..... pretty sad that that's theonly positive thing I can say bout this place. First time here and find the food amazing, Ordered the broccoli cheese soup and it was amazing, Spouse ordered same soup and she... had the clubhouse and it was amazing as well. I ordered the Chicken sandwich with fries both amazing as well, Fries cooked toperfection nice and crisp. Our server Meadow was amazing as well. Read more

As soon as we were seated, I almost didn?t make it to my seat as the carpet was so disgusting that my feet stuck to the filthy... carpet. We (group of 11) sat in two separate booths beside each other. Ordered our food and at least three orders wereincorrect, and 1 booth did not get food until the first was already finished. We did not say anything, just ate and tried toenjoy. All of that was the good part of the shot show. We asked for our bills split into three groups and specifically told theserver the orders. Over 1 hour and many different attempts she still had it totally incorrect. We finally just paid and left,never complained or made a scene. Zero chance of going back or recommend this place. Went to the Regent location today July 18/22.for the First time we were totally impressed. The service was amazing our... server, Austin was great very friendly. The cheeseburger and fries were hot fresh and very flavourful. We will definitely beback. Keep up the great service Read more

My husband ordered some brunch to go with, he said she seemed like a manager-Tracy? We waited in the truck and she offered to... bring it out when it was ready. He said ordering was easy, she was able to substitute pancakes for an extra dollar without aproblem. When we looked over the food once received, it looked great-Eggs Benedict had good amount of hollandaise and hisomelette was made of great quality as well, presentation was beautiful. I think they may have been ironing out the kinks ofopening a new restaurant but this order was perfect. Hope our next experience turns out similar. Thanks!!! Read more
