Placed on line order at 11:05 am yesterday. Requested ready for pick up for 12:30 pm. Arrived at 12:30 to pick up pizza. Worker... offered me a pizza for Chris. I said no not mine. She went in the back ,came out and asked what the order was. She checked theon line orders, then said be about 10 minutes more. She then went in the back. Chris came in to pick up pizza. A fellow came outfrom the back , to receive payment for Chris 's pizza. I asked about my order, he managed to find it. I asked what happened tomy order. He stated the oven was being cleaned. He then went in the back. 14 minutes later she came out with my pizza. I askedagain what happened. She said they were doing pizzas for home depot. It was obvious they either lost, or forgot to do my order.It would have been better to be honest and just apologize, for forgetting my order. The only positive was a fresh pizza, whichwas very good. First time trying Red Swan Pizza. Nice store and clean inside. Adequate and bright lighter, big windows. Placed an order for pick up through UberEats of regular chicken nachos with the jalapeños on the side, no bacon and acreate your own 10? pizza that was well done, with green olives (though I could not really see any in the pizza, it was ?free?on the UberEats App so that was fine, but I did see the green olives in the nachos though), traditional crust, succulentpineapples, black olives, feta cheese and BBQ sauce. Both of these were super fresh and shareable among 3-4+ people. Superfilling and tasty. The nacho box was bigger than the pizza box and looked like a whole pizza, which made it look even moreappetizing. Every nacho chip was fun filled to the crunch. The price of this was roughly 34.15$ which was about 10-15$ cheaperin comparison with another pizza place I was debating to order from. Ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up. Paneer Tikka and Butter Paneer. Pizza was hot and delicious and flavourful. Love the... sesame crust! Pricing was also comparable to others in area. Thanks to a good friend of mine taking pictures of his pizzas and sharing how delicious they were on FB my boys and I tried Red... Swan pizza tonight! WOW I?m impressed and really enjoyed it! My boys also enjoyed it, we will definitely order again when wetreat ourselves. We ordered 3 pizzas Veggie fans, BBQ chicken (no green peppers or onions b/c my son insists on taking them off)Beef & bacon as well as nachos and boneless dry ribs (which were gone before I remembered to take a picture.) Was recommended by someone to come to this restaurant for a decent Desi pizza, which I've been craving for some time I ordered... 3 large pizzas. 1st was a pineapple ham. 2nd was a butter paneer. 3rd pizza was paneer Tikka. Service was prompt, friendly andaccurate. I also ordered some garlic sauce for everyone to enjoy their crusts with. All 3 were consistent. Dough and crust weregood. But I found it to be lacking in toppings and sauce. Can't say it was just one pizza but all three were the same in thatregard. I was disappointed. I surveyed all others and the same sentiment was present. Lacking in toppings and sauce. Winnipeghas been hit and miss with Desi pizza. I need to go back to Surrey to enjoy proper Desi pie. Read more
