i got there at 6;50 pm they told me i could not order it was pickup only. the sign on the door say open till 8;00 pm ..all... chairs where upside down on the tables i thought they were closed but the signs said open. They must make lots of business toturn away customers .I will miss this place when they close down due to lack of customers. I give them a zero rating forcustomer service. Read more

Wanted to try the loster club BLT sub again. This time at this store was very difficult. I told the guys what i wanted a few... times and then even pointed to the picture. We were def having communication issues. When you have a BLT sub.. diced tomatoesare not the best to have, even on a regular sub. I dont know why the tomatoes were diced. They kept falling out of the sub. Ithink i also got a teaspoon of crumbled bacon on my sandwich. That wasnt great either. BLT should be strips of bacon, slicedtomatoes and lettuce. Then the gentleman wanted to add raw bacon then put my lobster sub thru the oven i said Noooo.. i dontwant that. I asked for a lil mayo on the bread and he said it has mayo in the lobster salad . Lol.. yes, i want more. I askedfor white onions, and he proceeded to put red on. I had to stop him then he put cold fried onions on, I think instead of whiteraw onions...ok fine. Maybe he was new, but I felt like he just wasnt listening. I suffer with Anxiety and this whole experiencegave me alot of anxiety. A lady came over and said next time make sure you say this and this..i said i did..I mentioned it 3 or4 times. I also dont remember getting to choose my size of sub. Usually enjoy Quiznos but the sandwich I had here (BBQ pulled pork) was pretty underwhelming. Tasted like a BBQ hotdog to be... honest which isn't bad, but it's not what I was expecting. The service was good, friendly enough and got the order right.Restaurant was clean and tidy. Just wasn't a great sandwich, kind of gross tasting/looking. Read more

Horrible, ordered two Turkey Bacon Clubs on Door Dash. Ordered Extra Meat And Guacamole on one. Regular sandwich came with one... slice of Turkey and one slice of ham. Did you know an extra slice of meat costs $2.19? They also forgot the Bacon AND theguacamole. Oh, and the buns were so hard I could use them to hammer nails. We called to complain but no manager around.Basically, save your money, make a sandwich at home! Read more
