I normally don't post reviews but I think it is time to start. I decided to stop at Qdoba because i've heard good things about... it from a friend. The employee behind the counter assumed I wanted chicken and plopped it on the wrap. Coming from a "no wastefood" policy growing up, I didn't say anything. I guess I am having chicken. She would constantly roll her eyes and would speakin a different language with her co-worker and giggling. It was just an incredibly uncomfortable experience all around. I won'tbe going back. I attempted to buy food a couple of days after this location opened, but ended up leaving due to my order being made wrong... twice. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance and regret it. The prep area looked filthy, the staff is poorly trainedand has shown little improvement since my initial visit, and the food itself was terrible. There are far better options in thearea. Edit: I thought I'd give this place another chance, but once again was horribly disappointed. I ordered the Three StreetStyle Chicken Tacos. The tacos were less than half full, most of the salsa was spilled over the sides of the shells, there wasalmost no meat in them, and the shells were stale. I asked an employee if this is how they usually make them and he said yes,but offered to make me new ones. This was my last attempt. 3 strikes, you're out!!! Read more
Ordered a burrito bowl.. vegan without meat substitutes. Absolutely love the fajita vegetables really enjoyed the bowl.... Unfortunately I find them to be very chintzy when it comes to the serving size.. I have to beg for more vegetables Etc. I feelI'm not taking cheese or meat substitutes paying quite a fair bit..I should be able to have a few more beans and vegetables. Butagain they are not very friendly and make me feel as though I'm having to beg for food. The McPhillips location was muchfriendlier than Regent. Read more
We had their Brisket Bowl...so many fresh flavors and delicious veggies including saute ones, in every bite! Price is also... reasonable for what you get...an amazing meal! You get a delicious healthy meal, and the staff are so well-trained,considerate/kind and helpful! They want every customer to be happy and enjoy their experience here! Excellent place to go when trying to watch what you eat. Medically required low sugar/carb diet for me so I?m trying to count... carbs in my head and asking questions about stuff and they were patient and knew what?s in their products. Never really triedguacamole before since I find avocado disgusting but decided to try it here. They kindly gave mine as a side when I told them Ididn?t know if I like guacamole and it turned out to be very tasty. Will be returning. Read more
