Came 12 minutes before closing to pick up a mobile order, they didn't let me inside for it. Had to wait in the parking lot for... 15 minutes for the food. Horrible customer service diminishes from their very delicious food. Got a meal for 4 and everything was delicious. They forgot... to add some of the sauces we requested though. We were the only car in the drive through and when the young lady opened thewindow she opened it handed the bag out and shut it without saying a word. I sat there waiting for her to return and when sheopened the window again I asked is this everything? She said yes and shut the window. Very friendly service... I will not returnto this location. Messed up my order, staff tried to hustle me for 4 rib pieces after i oredered "breast" and paid extra 6 dollars. Told me there... are TWO types of breast and i ineed to specify. I was trying to discuss the order with the manager and 2 other employees startedarguing with me. Avoid the st marys rd location at all costs... ATTENTION!!! EDIT: the general manager reached out to me andrectified the situation. Staff were coached on acceptable behaviour towards customers, and i was able to reurn to the store&have a wonderful experience. Ordered 2x 3 piece chicken combos. Spicy chicken was placed with my wife's side and mild placed with mine so we had to "trade... fingers". My order was missing its biscuit. Onion rings tasted old and were room temperature immediately after receiving theorder, I ended up throwing them out. Chicken was okay though.
