Ordered two chicken sandwiches with fries and pop! The pop was flat and the fries disgusting. Thechicked was great except for... the coating that had a old oil taste along with the fries. I was really disappointed that this being mostly the fries would beserved to customers! I have been to this location and I was really surprised because Popeyes is my favorite lunch treat! The staffs had an poor attitude, maybe because the manager wasn't around, Ordered spicy chicken almost 20 pieces, maybe they... were not properly marinated or not sure but were not spicy, advice the staffs, but they insisted its spicy instead of checking. Didn't enjoy the experience tbh. Read more

Staff was very rude and conceited. I thought she just rude to me but I also get to observe how she treated the one who ordered... after me. She was impatient with her when she was the one couldnt understand her order. She was also condescending and rolledher eyes. I also noted that she didn't change her gloves from the front end to preparing food. I asked her if she changed hergloves and looked straight at me and said "always" when she didn't. I was grossed when I saw that she also handled the key tothe washroom and then used the same gloves to handle the till and prepare food. I couldn't take the behavior nor how the foodwas handled. I ordered a two piece meal. Drum and thigh, biscuit and fries. Not as good as all the hype seems to make it out to be! ... Chicken was slimy under the coating and has a strange odour. Not bad, just like it was presoaked in a baking soda type slurrybefore being breaded and cooked. ?? Biscuit was good but dries out quickly. Fries are well seasoned. Drive thru communcationis bad both ways as I ordered a three piece meal but got a two piece (appropriately charged). Not going to add to my list of goto's. I appreciate the response and offer to make it right by the owner but declined their invitation to rectify as I can'texpect the recipe to change for one customer. Just not my cup of tea. I was a Popeyes virgin, I knew not of what people talked about. I needed a quick snack til supper. I ordered a spicy chicken... sandwich. Wow! Fresh soft bun, crispy crunchy chicken goodness on the outside, soft juicy on the inside. And just a lovelyburn in the mouth. The flavours were excellent, but my mouth delighted in the variety of textures. All served with a genuinesmile. Will go again, I get it. PS ... Didn't need supper. Read more
