This location is always so clean and the service isn't always fast but that's just how some restaurants are, it was super busy... when I got there so I told them it's okay. The staff are very accomodating and gave me a drink while I waited. I always orderwhite meat and today they said we should call in so we won't wait for next time we drop by and can make sure that they had thewhite meat for us. Read more

I went there with my friend n we ordered 2 regular poutine and nuggets. Firstly, the poutine smells like garbage and we took a... bite by mistake it was awful then nuggets were uncooked and was not fresh . We went to the counter and talked to the staff ,they were 3 in front of us and nobody gave us any solution or anything else they can do for us , even they didn?t know what theyshould say . Skip order 952 missing items, gentlemen i spoke to on the phone was not very helpful Originally 1 star review now... updated: Spoke to andrea on the phone at 3:35pm same day went over what happened and what was missing, very polite and imsurprised they got ahold of me so quickly being I had issues with other restaurants prior missing items and screwing up orders.Never received a call back from those stores, so was pleasant. I decided to take a chance and go there on opening day after work. I was very surprised at how short the wait line was.... Everything was well organized and ran very smoothly. My order came out quickly and everything tasted great, especially thebiscuits. The chicken drum sticks were a little on the small side, but they were still crispy on the outside, well seasoned andjuicy on the inside. Overall a pleasant fast food experience. Read more
