I had been going to this pizza place for years and always ordered online and paid in store. They had never called to confirm my... order, not a single time over the years. I had invited my friends over tonight and waited 15-20 minutes inside the store for myorder. I had placed my order at 8:58 pm. Apparently, they decided to call me at 9:20 pm to confirm my order while I was drivingto pick up my order and I was there at 9:22 pm. I paid for my order at 9:38 pm and came back home at 10. I didn?t know that it?sfree after 30 minutes. I called them and their representative, Michelle, abused me and was very rude. I have never seen anybodytalk to their customers so rudely!!! Ordered a pizza for delivery. Called after 40 minutes they said he would be there any minute. Called back another 10 minutes... later and they said they attempted delivery and no one answered and that they didn?t have our phone number .. they looked up theorder from our phone number and our living room is beside the door with sensor lights. No one showed up no one called and theytell me I can pick up me pizza an hour later. This was my go to pizza place. But today i got an XL pizza and when i was on the way i noticed shoe marks on the pizza box,... which could have happened during delivery of boxes but when i opened the box there was a long hair in it , which made me morefurious. I called them and they were in pure denial and told me that such thing cant happen. They were very rude and were makingme feel like i lied for a free pizza. I never wanted a free one , i just wanted them to know about it . But the girl on thephone and all the people behind were very rude i could listen on the phone. Never going back!! Very slow service. It takes over 45 minutes or even more to make only one pizza. When you ask then for delay they only pass a... smile instead of a valuable answer. Even half pizza was over burnt. Read more
