I called in to order pizzas As I was driving in from out of townand and told the gentleman that i was he refused to give me any... of their deals or any other info and kept telling me to review their online forms for pizza's and deals so ended up ordering 2extra large pizzas to walk in there to Be ignored i had to say my name out loud so they could heir me over the staff talkingamongst themselves not one bit of friendly or helpful service .And the fact that you can't get online deals through Call in asthere is no deals while calling in only online or skippidish Read more
My partner and I like to stop after work to get a quick dinner after a long day. Usually we are in and out but today was an... extra busy day for them. After waiting for 20 minutes for our order a new employee came in for thier 530 shift. He took controlto figure out what was going on and and straightened out our order. On top of that he went above and beyond for us and threw inan extra pizza. Even with the wait, it was dealt with perfectly and we left happy. Thanks! :) Read more

Driver did not knock on the door. He left the pizza boxes on the front step. Pizza was cold and I had to peel the box off the... concrete. I was missing a pizza too. I spent 30+ minutes trying to call the store twice, you get hung up on after 16 mins. Iended up walking down to the location with the kids to complain. Last time a tip was demanded by the delivery person, I normally tip... and quite well! This time they come without proper change... when I specify I'm paying cash. If you don't have proper change I'm sorry you might lose out on your tip. That is not myproblem. Love the pizza and will still order. But demanding a tip?? Don't or you definitely will not get one. Placed an order online for a meal deal. Arrived and was overcharged over $10. Was told nothing could be done. They did not... charge for the meal deal but each individual item. The credit card machine would not work so the driver had to call in to thestore. I again explained that I was charged wrong and showed him the online order with my price. He handed me his cell phone andthe person on the phone told me ?I guess you can pay that price if you have cash. The machine isn?t working now?. Quite rude andno apology for the error. Have tried to submit feedback and call to speak to a manager as not impressed at all about this. Nocall back from anyone. Why order deals online when you just get charged more anyway? Read more
