They sent me the wrong pizza and will only give my refund in 4-10 days. Useless.
Hilarious. This business really doesn't want you to order a pizza. The website doesn't work - I've tried twice. When you phone... you just get hold. This is just bad management. The clueless front line workers are nice enough but just don't care. I worked atPizza Hut years ago and it was bad then. I really like the pizza but they work really hard to not make me a customer. I've beenwriting this whole time while on hold. Eventually the machine just hung up on me. I tried to order online but when I went to payit only allowed pickup despite Google Maps having them setup for up "contact less delivery." You have to work really hard to bethis bad. They should make a a Harvard business case on how a management or ownership team can destroy a business locally andacross North America. I wonder how many hours i could go before I could get a pizza? I've called six times now and been on holdfor a long time on three of those calls. Phoned one last time. Waited ten minutes and then the computer said "Thank you,goodbye". Ordered pizza at 5:45 for the kids, at 6:53 no pizza yet so I followed up and called, was told pizza is 10-15min away. At 7:24... still no pizza. I called again and was told it was 10-15 min away. I had 4 hungry kids waiting and was finally orderingelsewhere when they arrived at 7:55h. Simply not acceptable, if there were issues/delays then they should?ve called us and wecould have ordered somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Read more

This place is absolutely terrible raw dough over cooked cheese definitely not real pizza hut. Even if it?s half price it?s not... worth it. And Pizza Hut has always been my favourite. To begin, I only ordered pizza from here because of the buy one get one free promotion. I requested a 3:15pm pick up, got there... 10 minutes early and already saw the boxes ready. Opened em up and I could tell the pizza was sitting there for probably atleast 10 minutes or so. Asked for double cheese? well, see photos. Stale, flavorless, huge disappointment. Felt like I was justeating pizza dough, SERIOUSLY! Huuuuge drop in quality and satisfaction. No wonder they offer buy one get one free, extremelybetter choices just a few minutes away that people SHOULD choose over Pizza Hut. Read more
