We have ordered here many times. The 4 XL Party Pack is excellent value. Lately they seem to have been a little more generous... with the toppings which we really appreciate. One of the best value in the area. The last time I was there however one of thedrivers was in the store for a while behind the counter and not putting a mask on. Just ordered delivery from this location. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and 10 bone-in buffalo wings with garlic dipping... sauce. The delivery driver arrived almost an hour later. I called Pizza Hotline and they said the order was free due to how latethe driver was. When I checked my food, the pizza was cold and the wings were boneless chicken fingers!! I called Pizza Hotlineand they told me they would put a rush order to deliver the bone-in buffalo wings that I ordered. I received a text confirmingthe new order placed. I waited over an hour, with no wings so I called Pizza Hotline and now they are telling me that theycalled the store and the store said it was delivered. Do they not realize everything is saved via text? I did not receive anyconfirmation that the driver was on his way. I will not order from here again! Read more
Unfortunately it seems that Pizza Hotline used the hype of the new halal toppings to sway some early customers. When I ordered... two months ago, there was fully loaded halal chicken in my pizza, and I would give this rating a 5/5. Yesterday however, I had atotal of 8 chicken pieces (tiny) on my XL 4 topping pizza (which one of the toppings was missing). Further, the jalapeños andonion on the pizza was comparable to what people feed birds (essentially nothing on the pizza). The ownership needs to seriouslyimprove their quality standards and keep their consistency throughout even after the initial wave of notoriety has finished. Read more
This is the first time we ordered from Pizza Hotline... and we fall in love at the first bite with the pizza! The crust still... fluffy and moist (we don?t like crispy thin pizza, we prefer the thick and ?fluffy?one), cheese are generous and still gooey onthe second day, the topping and sauce also generous!). The employee that served us also friendly and fast with our orders. Wechose this location because not only we just knew that Pizza Hotline has halal options but also the owner is a Muslim (we knewit from a Facebook Page) so we confident that this place will handle the order with halal options in a ?right way? (heard from afriend that worked in another locations, the employees didn?t take it seriously if customers ordered with halal options theydidn?t bother to put the halal one, just put the non halal one).
