Asked for a well done pizza. Received probably the most undercooked pizza I've ever had from any chain restaurant. Had to put it... in my own oven to cool that's how undercooked it was. Not really impressed. Have had some good pizzas from here before, but theydefinitely missed the mark big time today. Read more
Very good pizza, very good value , and excellent friendly service. Definitely worth giving these people a tip. I have had... gluten-free crust from another pizza hotline location and it was very greasy and terrible... So I would absolutely avoid thatmenu choice with this chain. Read more

Very friendly staff all the time. I love their pepperoni pizza it is my favourite since they put the right amount of sauce and... pepperoni on. The crust is always cooked to perfection. I would recommend this place to my friends. They have definitely gaineda regular customer. Read more
Good location. Parking is not great even if they have dedicated spots available. There are other business in the mall so it... could be problem sometimes.i like when they leave stalls available unlike others pizza places they have dedicated spots acquiredby their own vehicles either delivery or their private vehicle. They have new signs etc which looks really good. I like theirpizza it's quite reasonable.this location makes good stuff and looks more presentable. Their customer service is good. My wife, mom and I had Pizza Hotline Calzones this eve. We each ate most of our first half of the Calzone believing they were... extra cheesy... We then realized this was not cheese but rather raw dough. The other halves are here uneaten. The sad part isafter waiting on hold for nearly 30 min with customer service I was told that since we started eating the calzone we could nolonger get a refund...had to be left untouched. I?m sorry you lost us as a customer. I give you 3 stars because it was tasty. However, it was a very thin dough and with bubbles... no cheese ,mushrooms and pepperoni enough. In past, we used to invite for BP a lot of times.It was for us the best pizza inWinnipeg for kids. I hope that in different locations it is possible different situations with appropriate cooking standards anormal size pizza and enough cheese inside.Thank you. Read more
