Wow, 2 months after posting this review and no response from the company!!! July 8, 2022 pick up order (ordered online). I am... very disappointed with your service. I ordered a family size pizza online for a 4:30 pick up. My husband went to pick up thepizza (which wasn?t even made on time) and the associate said they had no family size trays. No alternative was made and theyjust let him walk out. We had no dinner, last minute! They should have made a large & a medium of the pizza ordered. The ordershould not have been cancelled and should have been substituted. I emailed the manager several times with no response. I had togo back the next day and ask for a refund as my receipt just said ?deferred order? rather than refund. I was possibly going toorder another pizza after I was refunded but again, they didn?t have the family size trays. I would have had to spend more ontwo smaller pizzas. Horrible customer service. We ordered the cook at home and thought it would be pre-prepared but it wasn?t, although it was fresh and super tasty. Staff... were great and friendly but just needed a reminder to change gloves from making pizza and touching register/peoples debit andother items at register. I think she was training someone and had to deal with being sales and prep so she still did great withall she had to do. Would order again but would want to pre order. Read more

Wanted to order pizza for Pi day today and this location wasn't open. Phoned several times and even showed up to see. Doors were... locked! I went there for the first time recently without knowing about the company other than the take and bake aspect of their pizzas.... I was greeted with a big smile by a lovely girl names Casey (Apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Casey was very friendlyand helpful. I told her it was my first time and she was right on the ball with getting me started. She directed me towards thespecials pizza selections and the build your owns. I opted for just a cheese pizza and she made it right in front of me. Theentire time she was extremely kind and courteous. Her friendliness is what is causing me to leave such a lengthy review becauseit was just fantastic. I will definitely be returning. The pizza was very good..I guess I should touch on that too, lol. I?m so glad I ordered this pan pizza?it tastes great!

It's an interesting concept in that it is like a Subway for pizza, except that you also then have to bake the pizza yourself... when you arrive home. Which is nice too because then you can bake the crust exactly to your liking and it's fresh on your dinnertable. The prices are a little expensive and the selection of toppings is ok. Read more
