Update after THEY SEARCH ME UP ON SOCIAL MEDIA around a week, manager called me and apologized,but still didn?t hear any apology... from the girl who?s involved. Again, I just need her to apologize for what she did, it?s that simple. Third day Update after Igave bad review: two of the white cap girl?s friends SEARCH ME UP ON THE INSTAGRAM, since My account is private they request offollowing me. I don?t know what they gonna to do to me, maybe try to threatened me? I emailed owner about what happened haven?tgot respond back yet, but what the girl did is definitely out of the line. The girl who was wearing a white cap was super rude.We ordered oolong tea with NO ICE specifically but instead they put ?less ice? on the receipt which was unprofessional alreadysince she hasn?t told us anything. When our milk tea is ready, we found out the milk tea was made LESS ICE instead no ice. Weasked the girl who wears the white cap then she told us they ran out of oolong tea so they use some ice to fulfill the cup. Thisis completely unprofessional and disrespectful customer services. We can switch to something else if there?s not enough oolong.BUT you cannot change my order without asking for my permission!! Then we decided to switch to something else, and she start toact like it was our fault, she was slamming stuff around while making the milk tea for us, I did not know why she tried to giveus attitude when it was their fault at the first place. My friend and I went to get some bubble tea the other day, two girls were working in the store, they were very rude and gave us... very bad attitude. I used to love this place, the girls there used to be super friendly and nice, I?m not gonna visit the storeever again and won?t recommend to anyone. Their bubble tea was good, but customer service is poor (getting worse each time I visit). No patience to take order from... clients, lack of acknowledgement that I was there as a client to order multiple drinks and overall experience was not pleasantat all (poor communication skill or not eager to serve with desceancy). The order was made right away, but it wasn't the samequality as previous visits. What to say, I liked their bubble tea. But if you are going to treat specific clients poorly, Imight as well go somewhere else and see if I can better service. Read more
