Unfortunately I?ve been to this place many times, it?s very close, and for skip it?s cheaper aswell. Anyways, the food is either... cold, not portioned right, they get the order wrong or miss things, and the service is horrible. I ordered today and they forgotone thing (not a big deal), the fries were cold, and I found a hair in my burger. That is the first time I?ve ever found a hairin my McDonald?s burger. Read more
This restaurant is poorly run and always dirty when I enter. The garbage's are overflowing and the service is atrocious. I... needed to ask someone a question about my order and ended up standing at the counter for about 5 minutes while the entire storeincluding the shift manager just completely ignored me or anyone else for that matter. If you need to get McDonalds and can'tgo to a different location then you are better off going through the drive thru as that seems to be the only area they actuallyput some minor effort into and you won't have to sit at a dirty table with garbage all around you. Multiple times ordered in store, drive-tru and skip-the-dish and they ALWAYS FORGET ITEMS THAT WERE ORDERED. And have the... audacity to try and argue the order and rip you off. Horrible, especially when ordering 50$ of food and you get 3 drinks andNONE of your meal. If I can give ZERO stars, that's the service. Read more
I think maybe the night staff think that because there is no manager oversight they can treat customers like garbage. Terrible... customer service and no attempt to listen to what i said to get my order right. When i asked why i didn't get my drink she saidi didn't order it. Yet she confirmed it over the speaker before i got to the window. So her incompetence of not punching it inwas somehow my fault. She even showed me my receipt. I went into this restaurant to see the Manager, Joey to ask him to explain how to use the McDonald's App. Joey was personable... and very helpful. I used the App to buy 2 large coffees to go and enjoy them at home. All Managers should be as nice as Joey. Read more
I?ve been to a lot of McDonald?s but this is consistently the worst. They are consistently the slowest McDonald?s, regularly... make mistakes on orders, and constantly keep changing I don?t care what deal you throw out Never coming back, come down one tomany times to wait 20 minutes for fast food and show up to the store closed because they keep closing Closes at like 8:00 inthe evening now? The service here is a joke. I wanted something cheap and fast, but I didn't get that here. I should have read the reviews prior... to coming to this location and took my business elsewhere! I wasn't happy that I was served last when I ordered before peoplewho came into the store and ordered at the front counter. Is there a policy for them to serve those people over the people whouse the kiosks? Like I understand that there are some people who do mobile orders but there are some people in the store whojust order up front before we did when we came there before them. It doesn't make any sense like some McDonald's if they forgotyour order or misplaced it and checked your receipt and everything to make sure you paid they usually upgrade your meal orwhatever you ordered as it's quite sad for fast food to take longer than 10 minutes when you've got a child and a stroller who'swaiting for their nuggets and all you need is your iced coffee.I observed the screen where it indicates when your food is beingmade in progress and who's next up being served, I was stunned when all the orders have been cleared. They got the order rightin the end but it was an extra 5 minute wait so my overall waiting list was 20 minutes and my partners break time was quitelimited and we were supposed to drop off some food at the hospital before our departure and going about our day. I left feedbackon the link behind the McDonald's receipt since I was unimpressed with my service and the workers' handle things yesterday.Would I be ordering ahead on the app next time? Terrible experience , I work over nights for snow clearing... they refused me service not allowing me to come inside and order... and was to big to fit in drive through. I walked through drive through afterwards and they told me they are not serving any foodor drink products at this time because they were Switching over to breakfast. To say the least they will not have a nicelyplowed parking lot for years to come. 24 hour subway was fantastic across the parking lot. Read more
