Every time we go to this McDonald's our fries are cold, hard and stale! Every single time and not just once in awhile! We... constantly ask while ordering "can the fries please be fresh and warm not under a heat lamp". Still, Every time we drive awayfrom this McDonald's with our fries and our meals we open the bags to find the fries old and stale despite promises that theywere indeed fresh. This costs us about $8 to 10 dollars every time this happens and it has happened many times over the last fewmonths. A complete waste of money! In fact, I think McDonald's owe us at least $50 bucks worth of free fries. This is simplyridiculous for a McDonald's anywhere as the time waste to drive back and return them is inconvenient, expensive and just a timewaste. Once or twice is bad enough but every time over weeks is not acceptable! If you cannot give customers fresh french friesas opposed to old, stale heat-lamped ones that have been on a shelf for 20 minutes or half an hour then don't offer them forsale. In fact stop selling french fries McDonald's at Grand park! At this point, I simply feel this place owes us about $50bucks in refunds which I'd like back! So buyer beware! Do not go near this McDonald's until it fixes this problem as it's simplyjust stealing your money. Very sad to have to say this as we are long-term customers at the Grand Park McDonald's. In fact wehave been eating there for 30 years and this only just recently happened over the last 6 months. Very very disappointing! Read more

Instead of 2 orange juices, we received apple juices!! why put an option when you are the one who will decide for the customer?... We ordered 2 happy meals and chose books instead of toys, but why give 2 identical books? Not a tiny thought put in it whilepacking? This is not a satisfactory customer service at all :( Read more

I have had multiple experiences at this location. Either it is we can't take your order right now our system is down -... countless times. Forgot me in the parking area they send you to wait for food. Their ordering equipment is atrocious... theirstaff make you repeat your orders multiple times and they still get it wrong. Don't get me started on the APP...lol. Withtodays prices we are forced to go to places like this for treats for our family and they take advantage of this Read more

The main thing I faced here is conveinence. And I want to add that whenever I order anything from here whether meal or anything... else they never put ketchup along the meal. Even on the skip no special instructions where a person can mention about this.French fries without ketchup is horrible for me. So please can you just add some packs of ketchup with burgers and meals. Read more
