i don?t know why, my order isn?t complicated people but they manage to screw it up for the most part. service used to be quick... here also. i waited in the cue like everybody else but it seems that the order the cars should be in rotation doesn?t flowsmoothly (nothing ever does????)?order speaker (1) took 2 orders (2 cars), in the meantime the car ahead of me have been waitingfor someone to take his order from order speaker (2). explain?! by the time i get to the drive-thru to pay, cashier takes on 2orders, i get it, she?s multitasking but there are people who were ahead and that payment was the last thing to be completed. this was not to be unfortunately. as a suggestion, when it is a breakfast rush or anytime they know it?s rush hour, there wouldbe a designated ?orders only person? and a designated ?cashier? in order to keep the flow of traffic going. this is not the onlytime this branch were not performing at its peak. let?s do better!!! Worst McDonald?s in the city arguably. Every. Single. Time I come here the order is always messed up in one way or another, I?m... currently sitting in the drive through waiting for my order after being told to sit in spot #2 for the millionth time, I?vewatched 9 cars go through the drive through so far after I had been parked. Really who serves this thinking this is acceptable?? They handed this to my wife before she noticed while driving out of the... drive thru...I'd hate to see how they care about the food and cleanliness of this place... Very pleasant atmosphere. I made a mistake on my order and it was quickly remedied and I received what I actually intended.... Management was understanding and quick to accommodate. It was the best experience I have ever had a McDonalds franchise. Highlyrecommend this establishment and will defenitely go again. Read more
