hii there we order 4 mcflurries but the guy received the order named Dennis was a very bad representative as a drive thru ... for customer service . he don,t deserve as customer representative at the restaurant . he should be like cleaner or something.we ask for our order very politely and that guy denied just because he don?t want to serve us . very very bad and poor services? Not great. We got in line in the drive through and when we tried to order they said they were out of the items we requested.... This was frustrating because it was long before the morning menu was done. I asked that for a substitute and was denied which Iunderstand can happen but when we went to pay we found that we were significantly over charged for our order. They corrected(thankfully we noticed) and proceeded to pick up our order at the next window. We asked for ketchup and napkins with order andwere told "No. We charge for condiments now". Usually have good experiences here. But after today never again!! This place made me wait 2+ hours for an order of over 80$ and... when i finally got it, it was cold and mushy like it had been waiting on a counter all day njt to mention i was still missingitems!! And when i had confronted them about it they refused to do anything about it! No refund, they wouldnt even make itagain!???????????? ive never had such a bad day like this here ever! disgusting experience. i had a skip order and i had to wait more than 20 minutes for that order. while waiting i ordered orange... peoe tea. i took that tea and collected my skip order as i was in hurry for skip. after 10 minutes i realised that they gave mea coffee. i tried to call the store but number wasn't working. i had to go back to the store for that inconvenience. i talked toa brown manager about that. Even, the manager didn't listen me properly and didn't say sorry. he just checked my order and mademy order again. i am a crew at other mcdonal's i know this is not a part of customer service.
