I placed an order thru Uber Eats for dinner. I ordered 20 PC chicken nuggets bundle meal for 2 + a 10 piece chicken nuggets,... Uber Eats did what it said and had my order to me ahead of their set time, Thank-you to Uber Eats! McDonald's on the other handdid not come thru as promised our food was 100% Cold, not even warm COLD chicken nuggets and fries. You would think 30 chickennuggets some of them would be hot, no all of them were cold. McDonald's Classic long running food chain know for burgers andfries? Maybe with more.and more customers ordering on-line McDonalds could invest some of their Billions into getting customerstheir food HOT! I will not order from them again. Read more

Manager was obviously having a bad day. I've never seen a manager roll her eyes to a customer and give them attitude. If that's... the type of customer service you get at this location I won't be coming back. Read more
For the one inside of Club Regent (for clarity as some have gotten them mixed up): If you're after a McDonald's experience where... absolutely no children are allowed and the concept of a Happy Meal is foreign, then the one inside Club Regent here will suityou very well. Arguably out of all of the east side locations, this one does coffees the best. The size of the seating area isrespectable, and there are a couple of TVs they have in addition to the ones that the casino has looking out towards the pokerroom elevator by the horse racing machines. A couple of quirks to note about this one, many times they'll ignore or forget yourlocation preference if you specify that your order is for inside at the register or through the McDonald's app and bag it upanyway, though I get why they may think that since many people bring their orders out into the casino area, which I guess alsocounts as "inside". I had one time where I had selected table service and it took a crazy long time and then went up and foundout that they didn't see it was a table service order and were calling it up bagged that whole time, but they made it right andoffered complimentary extras for the inconvenience. The other quirk is pertinent to McDonald's app users, in that if you likedoing mobile orders, despite this being a 24-hour location on weekends like the rest of the casino save for a few minutes around4 AM when the breakfast switch happens, you won't be able to do any mobile orders from here on Sundays as the app claims thelocation's closed, which is a little weird that it doesn't happen on Saturdays. So if there's some sort of offer that'srestricted to mobile orders, you'll be hosed unfortunately. Otherwise, it's a great way to kill time in between bingosessions.
