It was my first visit to Mary Browns. I purchased Big Mary sandwiches and Taters. The food was terrible: Sandwiches: -... tasteless, dry piece of meat placed in the bun. Taters: - Soggy and rotten pieces of potato (see picture attached). The foodtasted like it was made some time ago for someone else but was given to me: - it was cold and disgusting. Good location. Dedicated parking stalls in front of the restaurant. There are also some sharing stalls too. Store is clean.Their... service is quick and One of the best chicken place in city. I want them to work on their welcoming part its lacking these days. Read more
I wouldn't go to this location. The chicken hear is inconsistently flavored and prepared. It appears that it depends on who's... working I guess. I also ordered on 3 separate occasions the tater poutine where I received fries. After the 3 time I did thereview as stated on the receipt and actually received a call back. Unfortunately it was during work hours and I politelyrequested them to call me back at a said respected time. I never received the call back. Since I'm complaining I might as wellbring up the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There doesn't seem to be any pride in training and management of thislocation. I have an update! The store called me back after emailing and well guess what they gave me a free large poutine. Iwent to the store and purchased a spicy sandwich while I was there with my "Tater Poutine" got home and it was friesagain....took a picture and sent it to costumer service...yep....haven't received a reply..... Fast service, soggy food. Ordered 9 piece family meal, comes with potato wedges, chicken, gravy and coleslaw. Also ordered... cherry cheese cakes. Chicken was rubbery, not crispy, flavorless. Potato wedges were soggy, under seasoned and tasteless. Gravywas thick, very fake packaged taste, was not good. Coleslaw was good, tasted like coleslaw. Cheese cake was very small portions,half empty packaging. They were soggy tasteless blobs in a plastic cup. Could clearly tell it was previously frozen by thetaste, but you could also see the frost marks on top of the gelatinized cherry topping. We were very disappointed and will notbe purchasing from Mary Brown's Chicken ever again. Save your self the money and go elsewhere. Read more
