The restaurant has friendly staff. They always go above and beyond with your request. I always order 3 piece spicy chicken and... ask them extra spicy which they would happily add more spice. I also like their macaroni and cheese salad. Service from Ryan andhis friendly greeting is great. Read more

We ordered the 9pc feast and we felt it was worth the money - covered 2 suppers. Delicious chicken, big pieces. Love the Mac and... cheese salad. Gravy was kind of tasteless though, taters are good. Location is great for us so good food and short walk means wewill go again ???? Read more
Food is amazing, always fresh. Customer service on the other hand is straight garbage. I've never been told to have a good night... or even been thanked after paying. As someone who takes pride in always being nice to customers, it makes me want to never comeback if i am not given the same service. Doesn't matter how good the food is. First time to location. Wasnt sure what to try. Staff was very friendly. They recommended a hot chicken sandwich covered in... gravy and it was fantastic! Its not on the menu but give it a try! Also check out the Monday special. Will try that next time!Thanks guys. Read more
I've been to many restaurant openings and I have to say, they executed well. There were still minor signs of construction, but... that did not take anything away from our experience. The food was brought out quickly to our table and it was all piping hot. Weare told the chicken is delivered fresh daily and broken down in their kitchen. It's marinated, breaded and made in cookers (notfat fryers). The quality does shine through with large, plump breast, drums and even the wings are a great size. The flavour isgood and the chicken is juicy and only the natural fat is present, you don't have greasy fingers. We tried the thai saucedwings. They were decent size and flavour. The taters were OK, some were undercooked. Maybe I should have tried the friesinstead. The poutine gravy was tasty. You have a choice between fries or taters and curds or grated. We chose taters (nottraditional) and curds (traditional). All in all, it gets down to preference of what you are after. In terms of fried chickenbatter flavour, I prefer Chicken Chef or Red Top. In terms of quality, Mary Brown's beats these two hands down. On eachreceipt, you can get a code for 15% off a regular item on your return visit. That's a nice touch to thank your repeat customers. Pro tip: If you struggle with dishes such as ?french fries? or ?fried... chicken? maybe it?s time to close up shop and get out of the restaurant business.
