I just love this place! This is definitely up there as my top 10 ice cream places in all of Winnipeg. Good service + stunning... but delicious varieties of ice cream. Oh we had a very horrible experience. Waffle cone was stale, crackers were stale. The sales gal was very anxious when we walked... in at 9:45 . She had to close at 10:00. Would never visit or suggest any one to go to Regent outlet of Marble Slab Creamery. Read more
my friends and I called marble slab on sunday night to ask if we could come in right at close to get ice cream, the girl working... said that she would absolutely serve us and that it wasn?t a problem. when we arrived there was already a big family in front ofus and she greeted us with a smile, i believe we arrived just at close. we were surprised to see that this family was treatingthis poor worker horribly, matter the fact they were still ordering ice cream past closed. when she was asking polite questionsabout what ice cream they wanted they replied in very snooty ways even not thanking her. when we finally got our ice cream itwas around 10:15 we wanted to sit and eat but we realized it?s the unpolite thing to do because it?s way past close but thefamily did not want to leave even getting to the point of giving this worker attitude when she asked them politely to finish itup. moral of the story people should have more respect for young workers. The ice cream was really good, but the service and Graham crackers really spoiled the whole experience! This location is open... until 10pm as per google. We went in all excited at around 9:43pm, everyone had decided what was to be ordered and we werewaiting to be served after 3 gentlemen were done choosing and placing their orders. The employee from behind the counter lookedright at us and said, "Oh! You are here. I was going to close early today. Have taken out the garbage already and was supposedto close and leave early." To which our reply was, "It isn't 10pm yet. How would that work?" To which she answered, "Yeah, but Iwas supposed to close early and now you're here." It didn't feel right the way she looked at us or even spoke to us. I thenasked her, just to be sure, "Do you mean we aren't going to be served?" That caught her attention and looked up all baffled andsaid, "No, I will absolutely serve you. You are here now." We got our orders in and to our dismay, all the different wafflecones and waffle cups were stale and the Graham cracker tasted like cardboard box! Wish there was half a star to express howdisappointed we were of the ice cream and the service. Our overall experience was out right bad. We were looking forward to ourlittle sweet treat for the weekend and it just ruined our entire mood. Read more

Delicious ice cream, great variety, but service ruins it all!! The employee did not do the job well, the ice cream was too soft... and was dripping when she was transferring it to the cup! No cup covers were provided. When I asked for covers she gave thewrong size. No trays available for multiple ice creams. We usually order for the whole family, so it is absolutely impossible tohold all the ice cream, and it melts from the warms of your hands. We came home with all messy with melted ice cream. Absolutelyno communication, no greeting or anything like that. No desire to come back. Read more
