5/5, even though for me it was $10 for a large in a cup! EXCELLENT tasting icecream, and I believe the quality to be perfect as... well. Other places seem to use unhealthy/unnatural/synthetic ingredients, I think Marble Slab straightup uses all qualityingredients! Really enjoy the hours of operation going until much later than most businesses! Price is important but with thequality, taste, customisability, and chance to watch it being made... Marble Slab to me is worth the price! Have found thestaff to make the icecream fairly quickly. Read more

I went to Marble Slab Creamery on Kenaston when it first opened and the owner was very angry and rude. I have not returned since... that time. Sure I can tell you more. My daughter and I went to the Kenaston location on the opening or a day close to theopening. we had been to Cold Stone Creamery in other cities and excited to try Marble Slab. It was shortly before closing andthe man I thought was the owner-maybe manager but certainly the boss was very short with us. There were large pieces of ice in the serving , not very pleasant. My daughter politely approached him , he came over to our table with his hands on his hips in avery confrontational stance, he was rude to us, a woman was with him and she stood nearby with her arms crossed and an angrylook on her face. We sat there frozen while he spoke in an angry tone to us, when he walked away, we stood up left our icecream and exited the shop quickly. Read more

I went yesterday evening. They were serving ice-cream with no gloves. When I told them to wear gloves, then they wear. The same... incident happened a couple of weeks back when an older man and a lady was serving. The lady was touching her face mask andserving with no gloves. This shop does not care about food safety. Very disappointing. Response to your writing. 1. Not trueat all that you said they were changing the gloves. I had refused to take the ice cream and told them to put the gloves, andthen they did. I also have a transaction couple of weeks back (June 11) when I was served without gloves by a lady, and Pleasedo not forget to check that video too. 2. How many people are coming with a mask in your store? Did you put any sign that saysservice will be refused if someone does not wear a mask? Did you? 3. Regarding social distance, I know very well. One morething, my family and I will never go to your store anymore. Thank you. Read more

Wasnt very impressed when my family and I visited tonight. The ice cream wasn't cold and melted before even putting my spoon... into it. By the time we drove home (5 minutes away) it was like soup. My father got a cone and it melted down onto his handsbefore even leaving the store. For being a well establish ice cream shop I was expected more, especially since it was 23$ for 3small scoops. Would have been better off going to McDonald's. Read more

I went here with a friend on a Sunday night and it was not very busy. I got a fantastic milkshake and my co-workers got an ice... cream concoction. I think the price is reasonable for the experience of what you get and the taste. Store was clean and I wasquite happy. Read more

Just love the variety of flavours, although price wise I think it's a tad pricey. But the vibe is so good, I wish they had some... board games for large groups who'd like to chill there for a bit. Read more
