We dined in recently with friends. Everyone enjoyed their selection. We ordered dinner for two which is easily for 3-4. It... consisted of, 1 skewer of chicken shish kebab, chicken shawarma, donair meat, lamb skewer, 2 salads, ( we traded the includedfries for tablouli salad), excellent lemon flavored rice, pickles, 3 incredible sauces, and 3 warm and delicious pitas. Ourcompanion ordered the lamb platter which was fantastic and provided more than enough for left overs. The staff are incredible,the clientele chill and focused. The restaurant is clean and bright. Very rude employees. Nothing is like the St James restaurant. I placed an order 45 minutes before the closing time and an... employee called Hattem refused to fry fries. Bad attitude and rude behaviour. I will never go to the Portage restaurant. Read more
