This was the best kfc so far for me. But today I was in the drive through and the staff forgot to give me my drinks. I simply... asked for my missing drinks and she started giving me lectures. She was serving a lots of customers so that?s why it doesn?tmatter if she forgets to give me my drink and I can?t even ask for it. Please teach your employees how to talk to the customers. Read more
They mess up our order somehow 9 times out of 10. Yes, we are dumb for continuing to visit. Today was especially annoying... because they had no medium cups and were selling large instead and charging $0.50 more. But what really took the cake is that wegot two flatbread fill-ups, and one of them had NO CHICKEN IN IT! Read more
This used to be my best restaurant. However, I found a chicken feather in my meal box. I can bear that the staffs may be... arrogant. I can bear that the chicken may be extremely small. Average size chicken, not bad to me compared to the one served at KFC st mary's branch. I'm back again in KFC but in a... different branch (with photos now). I ordered again 4 pieces of chicken and corn as a side dish, the other order is 2 pieces ofchicken, from their drive thru. Was given to me. Only problem is no napkin/tissue included, no utensils for the corn. I washere 6 or 8 months ago with a different set of crew that served well their customers. For whoever worked on Oct 10 2020 night at 9:33pm. (It's a guy) We we're here try to drive thru. They put some blue basket... blocked the way. I thought they closed so i called them to check their business hour. I called twice, they answered the secondtime. I asked :" when you open until today?" He said :" we open until 11 tomorrow." He answered TOMORROW! He hung up on me afterhe said tomorrow!!! Did give me a chance to say anything! And i hear someone talking in the background. ???????????? Such a badcustomer service!!! No smile, no courtesy and must mention, rude!!! sells fried chicken with a sad face, food price is reasonable but if you ask for... extra sauce they will bring the manager.
