Order took over 20 minutes to get. When we got our order which came with fountain drinks, the drinks were not cold and were room... temperature. I brought the drinks back and they did not want to replace it until I told them that the standard customers expectis that the drink is cold. They offered to replace the drinks(which were medium size) with cans. I asked them if they would giveus enough cans to match the volume of the fountain drinks. They said yes. They ended up giving us one can per fountain drink -so, less volume (and we'd be drinking less for the amount of food we bought which had chicken, sandwiches, popcorn chicken,fries. We'd be parched.). When I wanted to speak to the cashier while waiting for things to get fixed, she responded with"WHAT?!" when I wasn't even being rude. When I pointed out that the cans they gave us didn't make up for the volume, they gaveus just one extra can but that barely even made up for the shortage. Terrible service and a ripoff. Me and some friends ate here Thursday July 28 and we all got quite sick, horrible place do not recommend.

The management here is garbage, not only do they close 10-15 minutes early, they won't even address if you point that out. I... came for a quick chicken sandwich 10 minutes before 8, and they where already cashed out and ignored me when I spoke tothem(her). All she did was shift her eyes like she was lost. My kids love their drum sticks. We usually just get bean burritos, fries, and drum sticks. We had an issue today. We ordered... tenders as well but when we got home, it wasn?t there.
