I?m very disappointed in the service I received at your garden city location in Winnipeg. It is your only location left in the... city. I would go daily to your sterling Lyon location however it?s closed down. I received a birthday reward to redeem for afree drink. I went to redeem it and the guy working said I think head office forgot about us because we can?t redeem that here.We don?t have the system for it. There was no manager around. I had to call him from the back because I could see him justplaying on his phone. I was very disappointed. I don?t live in the area so I made a special 30 min trip because it has to to beredeemed within 3 days of the actual birthday date. I left highly disappointed. I typically love the smoothies and have receivedsuch great service from the sterling lyon location. I wish service was the same at this location. Read more

The workers didn't even acknowledge me. A worker handled a ladder in the back and they wiped the side of my drink with their... bare hand immediately after. I had to wait 15 minutes for 1 drink. I assume they also handle Skip The Dish orders the service isjust awful. Read more
The young woman was very helpful. I told her I was sick and she suggested a 'quick shot.' She added it to my smoothie as well.... She was friendly and helpful and quick. I don't live in Winnipeg; I'm visiting, and I love the location. Read more
