This is by far my worst dinner experience in Winnipeg. Starting with the person at the entrance who received us like he was... doing us a favour to give us a table, even when we had a reservation. The restaurant was extremely crowded and noisy. Thewaiters just couldn’t keep up with all the tables and I saw that rude guy at the entrance actually yelling at our waitress,which I find completely unacceptable. I asked for like five different wine bottles. They didn’t have them. Plus, they sent aguy to “suggest” a bottle of terrible wine (obviously the only one they had) and he even had the nerve to tell me hewasn’t able to “stand” there all day while I was looking at that bottle. I just gave up on ordering wine or any otherdrink. Food was average, and that is an overstatement. Never again. I would suggest anyone to STAY AWAY of this place thatdoesn’t respect their clients and employees. This place should’ve stayed closed for good. Read more

I came here years ago and the food quality and flavours were so good. I came over the weekend and it was truly... disappointing. I’m not sure what happened this time but it was not it. Two out of three appetizers were good - spicy deepfried shrimp, one of each of the empanadas and the watermelon salad. The watermelon salad was delicious years ago and this timewas so underwhelming, zero flavour there. The main meal was the biggest disappointment. I got the steak skewers and wasimmediately grossed out upon taking a few bites. The meat was super fatty, some pieces were still raw and had a really oddtexture and it was barely seasoned. The mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and mushrooms barely had any flavour at all either.Not even basic salt. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves with dessert - Najara’s favourite. Not this time. Thereason we ordered it was for the white chocolate mousse, only to discover a super tiny amount under a big pile of whipped creamfrom a can and a few pieces of cantaloupe and honeydew. I took my steak leftovers home but unfortunately threw them out becauseI couldn’t bring myself to eat them. The quality and flavour here needs some serious work. This place never disappoints! My husband and I first met at Hermanos and have celebrated birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and... special occasions here. We were elated to see that it reopened recently! The service was excellent, the food was outstanding(salads, steaks , desserts and cocktails) and the entertainment with the Papa Mambo trio was fabulous. We don't want to losethis establishment again! We will be coming back very often! Lovely to see this place again. Read more

We had reservations for a group. We were sat before almost every other table, yet the last to receive anything. Their drink menu... is laughable. Just seems odd for an upscale place to serve bud light as oppose to a local craft beer. The cocktail menu had onlya few drinks on it. It took us about 30 minutes to get our first drinks. By this time we were ready to order, but for somereason had to wait another 20 minutes to do so. At that point, tables that sat much later than us had their food. The food tookan hour and a half to come out. And in the time our server stopped by once for drink refills. We were quite literallystarving. The food was nothing spectacular. I ordered the vegan paella, and it was bland. Not worth $25. A few others weredisappointed in their steaks. After eating we very clearly wanted the bill, that took another 30 minutes. Once receiving thebills it then took 20 more minutes for someone to come by so we could pay. We were there for over 3 hours. Poor service.Mediocre food. Lousy drink menu. Read more

Very happy about the reopening! Hermanos has always been my go-to spot for birthday dinners, or to celebrate an occasion. The... food is amazing and portions are huge! I love the sangria- it’s dangerously good. Service is hit or miss depending when yougo- but that’s at any restaurant. Overall 4/5. I always keep coming back! Read more

So happy they’re open again! Paella was phenomenal. Lamb ribs were so juicy and tender.
