Now I?m not one to ever write a review, especially a bad review but with this establishment I have A LOT to say. Gondola the... Mcphillips location to be exact is by far the absolute WORST pizzeria in Winnipeg!!!!!!! I would avoid at all costs!! I?veworked in the hospitality industry for over 12 years and I couldn?t believe the way we were treated after calling back inregards to how horrible our pizzas were. We ordered 3 XL 2 topping pizzas for my dads birthday and the bill came to $100?.Including tip. Absolutely outrageous if you ask me but because it was a special occasion it is what it is. Now when I tell youthese pizzas were extremely over cooked, had little to no cheese, and had NO FLAVOUR!!!! I couldn?t believe my eyes that theywould even feel comfortable with sending off pizza in this disgusting condition to a customer. When we called in to see what wecould do about this, they said if we already ate some of the pizza there?s absolutely nothing they could do (like they weren?tgoing to throw it out if they picked it up anyways). No accommodation, no credit, no remakes. Just NOTHING! We had children overfor the bday party? they were hungry and if you have kids you know how that gets when they?re hungry so of course some pieceswere ate but when it came down to it, the adults refused. It was literally like eating cardboard!!!! It?s sad because not onlymyself but my dad has been ordering from here since the 1970?s and was one of our family staples. This will definitely be thelast time we EVER order from here again. Shame on you Gondola for being so ignorant when it comes to running a business andbeing so unaccommodating. Ordered a thin crust Aloha and it was super ????. My Mum ( usually hates thin crust) loved it. Super craveable!! ???? Only miss... was the Cinnamon sticks. They were hard and chewy. ???? Pleasant staff and a go to pizza restaurant for my family ????. A tadpricey, but VERY good. Well worth it ????. Read more

We used to order from this location all the time and have had great food. Sadly this is not the case anymore. I ordered 2... pizzas: one xl half cheese and half pepperoni and a medium with the same. The total was $39. When I arrived I saw a sign in thedoor saying there was a special for an xl for $12 and a medium for $10. When I asked why I was paying double they said it wasbecause I had 2 toppings. When I said I didn't they said it is only for home style crust and not thin. I told them their signdoes not say that anywhere. They ignored my answer and kept telling me to pay. I reluctantly did and left. The pizza was coldand hard when I arrived home. Hardly worth anywhere near $40. Not impressed. Read more
