Asked for a chicken teriyaki bowl with only 1 scoop of rice but more veg... this is what I got Missing green onions, very few... cucumber, missing the tortilla strips on top and where are the extra veg.. this should have been a great bowl but instead wasless than 2 cups of veg with most of that amount being broccoli and carrots. This was my first and last purchase at any freshii I will ever make again. I had gone there today with a co-worker who was... ordering her lunch. I had purchased one of their juices to try. After my coworker had purchased her salad, we stood off to theside to wait for it. I had noticed that none of the staff were smiling and were not making eye contact with other customers. Thestaff were extremely slow at making the orders and the end clerk would sigh loudly and call a customer's name when their orderwas ready. After waiting for over 15 minutes for a salad the end clerk finally sighed and called my co-workers name. myco-worker walked up to pick up her bowl of salad when the end clerk forced a plastic knife into her hand. My coworker wasconfused and the end clerk mumbled something that both of us did not hear. My coworker started to ask her to repeat herself whenshe very loudly yelled in my co-workers face to excuse me. my co-worker backed up and the clerk walked out from behind thecounter to a cabinet that was in the corner. She opened the cabinet to where there were baskets of forks and knives not inplastic and we're just sitting there. She then grabbed a fork without any gloves or washing her hands from making salads grabbeda fork forced it into my co-workers hand smirked at her and said hope you enjoy it. The other clerks then smirked at the at theclerk who had yelled in my co-workers face. The clerk then went back behind the counter and continued to make food again withoutwashing her hands or putting on gloves. The staff at this location are extremely unfriendly disrespectful and rude. As for myimmune elixir juice it was very expensive for what it was and will make my own before going back. Read more
This location in particular is amazing because they have little pieces of paper that you can fill out specifying exactly what... you want to get. As someone who is incredibly picky it is so refreshing to be able to fill out what I want in a she'd ratherthan tell them I don't want x y and z. I wish all locations had this kind of feature! The bowl I ordered was very expensive for the value. I asked for extra vegetables (which are charged extra) of broccoli,cabbage... and carrots. I feel like I received a teaspoon extra of each. There were perhaps 5 broccoli florets and 5 pieces of chickenwith a ton of noodles! $11.00! Not worth it. Read more

I was in town this week for work and ordered a 3 day juice cleanse on the Monday for arrival. The general manager, Amber, was... extremely friendly, and even though they were out of the few juices needed she brought some in from another store and everythingwas ready for the next morning. She even allowed me to pop in well before the store opened to pick up my order so I had it forthe Tuesday. Thank you Amber!! Great service and very friendly. Read more
