I was very excited to come to the store to have my meal. I entered and it smells bad! Then I asked to use the washroom and I... wished if I did not, it was disgusting not clean. After that I was waiting for my order to have it in the store. The guy gave itto me in a dirty plate, has food around and then I told him this is not clean and he did. I came to sit to have my food andtable was not clean at all, it has left over food! It was very bad experience for me! Finally I put my plate on the cateringtable and it has plates there looks like they have been there for at least 2 hours! Preparing area is just a miss! Disrespectful. Poor service. Skimpy on toppings. I got home to find they forgot the chicken on my meal. (Also only about a... crumb of feta on the other but I didn't even bring this up) No big deal. Called to advise them , expecting they'd offer a freechicken portion next time I order. Instead, I was called a liar. Dakota location has many negative reviews for same. Bought a burrito, and tex mex bowl. We added chicken to both. And it was ICE cold. Not just cold, it was ice cold. We called... after we got home, and spoke to an employee. She said that the chicken is supposed to be like that, and it she blamed us for notasking it to be warm. I have been to freshii multiple times and the chicken has never been cold, especially because the rest ofthe bowl is served hot. The employee told us to comeback and they can change it. Which we weren't doing, we live far away. Weasked to speak to a manager, and of course no manager was present. This service is unacceptable, will not be going back, to thislocation. Read more
Tried to pick up a quick dinner last night with my husband- air conditioning must have been broken as it was sweltering in... there. Almost all of the tables were dirty and all chairs were askew. There were multiple people sitting and waiting for theirorders, and it seemed like they just got started on all of them once we placed our order. I've had a rice bowl from a differentlocation and it was much fuller than the half serving we got yesterday... was still hungry afterwards! Will unhappily beskipping this particular location, even though it's the closest to where I live. Read more
When comparing this location to the Corydn location there is more of a bistro atmosphere compared to sit-and-go. Great food made... fresh, expect a wait. Read more
I eat at Freshii A LOT?but not the Dakota location as it is not near where I live. Today I pooped in quickly while running some... errands. The employee was very rude.
