It was my first-time trying food from this location. I ordered a chipotle cheddar bowl. Everything in that bowl was stale and it... smelled so bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
The workers are friendly, especially Dilbreed, she?s been very helpful to me.
We placed an order from this location. Received an order completely not what we requested. With a sauce we stated we had an... allergy too! Called the store and was told they would remake one for us and replace the bites with a different flavour. Drovethe 20 min drive to get the order, drove back for it to be missing ingredients. Supervisor initially blamed a trainee who madethe order for the error, but then supervisor made the remake and made it wrong. Staff need major training. If they don?t knowwhat goes in your menu items you need to provide them more menu training and maybe cheat cards. They also need to learn how tohandle an allergy as they could have killed someone today. Very unimpressed. Won?t order again after this waste of money andtime. Read more

I had gotten a skip order, Tex max bowl, after three bites I felt like I would puke. The tomato?s were rotten, and turning... brown, the avocado was soaked in lime so it wouldn?t turn brown but it was so sour like I was eating a lime. The beans were overcooked. Along with the onion chunks brown It was overall just unsatisfactory and a waste of money. The onion in them were so big, same with the tomato?s. I was very disappointed in this freshii. I'm sure everything in my bowl was a few days old including the chicken... the avocado... was the only fresh thing in the bowl. And we found a hair in the bowl!!!! I wish I could give no stars!!! Read more
