Food here was incredible. Nice to have a good Italian restaurant in Winnipeg that isn't a chain. We ordered one of their... signature pizzas and the lamb shank, both were cooked to perfection and super flavourful. Read more

Really nice ambiance in the restaurant, was really busy but we had a reservation for 8 so we didn't have to wait. However the... room we were seated in was very cold, they were accommodating with the portable heaters but they only had two - this was theonly negative part though. The food was delicious, they provide complimentary foccacia - so good. We also had two people withlots of allergies and celiac and they were very knowledgeable with their allergy procedures. The beet and steak salad wasamazing, and great compliments on the lamb shank was sooo good. Will be coming back! Read more

All I can say is WOW! This is my second time here so I thought I’d save the review for round two. The food, staff and service... has been amazing! I highly recommend the calamari and the Steak & Beet salad. They also have an amazing wine selection …. Protip = half price bottles on Wednesday. Read more

We have been meaning to try this restaurant for awhile. We were greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We started... with the Arancini and Gnocco Fritto followed by the Mushroom Ravioli and Shrimp Tagliatelle. Everything was wonderful. I can'twait to bring our friends. Read more

Though the food looks picture perfect, the taste wasn't really commendable. Neat cozy ambience with good hospitality was the... best apart along with the delicious tiramisu. Definitely a good spot to chill before or after shopping at the outlet mall. Read more

First time at this restaurant - was a really great dining experience. Ample parking for this restaurant. There are several... different areas to this restaurant - including a lounge; round tables that seat up to 8-10 people and booths in the main diningarea, and a separated area beyond some doors that offers a more private area if desired. The menu has a lot of great options. We had the Beef Carpaccio to start - delicious dish - reminded me of a restaurant in Europe that we had the same dish at. Perfectly prepared with capers, grana padano cheese, arugula and a nice mustard - presentation was excellent. The minestronesoup was very good - traditional recipe. The Beet and Steak salad had very nice notes of flavour - loved the beets, cherrytomatoes and the steak. The croutons were delicious. Could have used a few more croutons and tomatoes and dressing in thissalad to balance with the amount of greens in this dish. Nonna Maria's Lasagna was very good - ample portion. It was strange tonot receive bread or rolls with our meal - would have been great to soak up the lasagna sauce from this great dish. We will begoing to this restaurant again. Read more

This restaurant has a good amount of parking. The restaurant has a great selection of table sizes for a wide variety of group... sizes. We had a wonderfully comfortable booth. There was a large circle table nearby that had space for a large group (maybe 10people). We were seated quickly by friendly staff. Our server got our drink order quickly while we mulled over their menu. Wetried the beef carpaccio as a starter. We ordered nonna's lasagna and minestrone soup and the beef and beet salad. The starterwas great and arrived first. After we finished it the mains were brought out quickly. The food was hot and tasty. The lasagnawas really good, the sauce was fresh tasting. The beef and beet salad was quite good. The minestrone soup very savory. It wasstrange that they didn't have a bread basket. I always enjoy restaurants showcasing their skills with fresh bread We arecurrently planning our next visit. Read more

I’ve been craving real authentic Italian pasta for a while (and by real and authentic, I mean I wanted the noodles to be... homemade as well as the sauces). Frankie’s blew it out of the park. ???????? I don’t usually go for lasagna dish at arestaurant, but I’m happy I switched it up and gave it a shot! We also tried their spaghetti and meatball entree, but replacedthe spaghetti for their house-made tagliatelle noodles. Their Caprese made a super refreshing starter to our meals, and I wasimpressed with their prices for their cocktails (very reasonably priced). I’ll definitely be back! Read more
