Got the bento box. It was alright. The spring rolls were good, the California rolls were just ok. The chicken teriyaki with... vegetables was just fine. I didn?t like the huge slices of bitter cabbage. It also wasn?t that tasty. Since I was dining in, thecashier suggested I take a tray. The tray already had napkins and cutlery which either someone else had already handled or justdidn?t seem new. Big no no especially during COVID. They made a mistake with my order and when I got to my seat at the food court the cashier told me they gave me the wrong order.... So I told them I?ll reorder the same thing that I was suppose to get in the first place. But they told me I have to pay for thewrong order because I already opened it. I get the part where they cant give the food to the person who ordered it because Ialready brought it to my table even though I never touched the food yet. But how am I supposed to know if I got the wrong orderor not when they are the ones who gave it to me. Also, they are not the friendliest, they spoke their language towards eachother the whole time and don't even apologize for their mistake. I asked for a Bento box, dynamite roll. All I got was the dynamite roll. It was alright. Still hungry though. I think the place... is under new management, as the service is completely different. Ordered sushi and paid. No issues with payment. It beeped and I was told I was good to go. Came back 10 minutes later for my... sushi and was told by a different person that my payment didn't go through. I was surprised so I checked my bank statement andthe payment showed. I said it had gone through. They continued to insist "my first payment did not go through in thesystem". Fast forward and sure enough I was charged twice. Now I have spent over 1 hour waiting on hold with the bank to get theduplicate charge removed. All this for mediocre sushi at best. Thanks for wasting my time over $14. Just a tip - good customerservice would have been to trust me and not fight over $14 - since it shouldn't cause your customers over 1 hour of hassle for a2 rolls of sushi. Read more

First time trying this place and it was really delicious. It reminded me of a cross between wok box and mongos. Staff were very... friendly and I got a lot of food for what I paid, I couldn't even finish it! One of the better mall restaurants in Polo park. Read more
