Very unprofessional and rude every time I?ve come to this specific store, I moved locations... recently .loved dominos and been a loyal costumer for years but they were so rude and immature that I will order flying pizzafrom now on in my new house also ended up cancelling my last order. Been awhile since I had dominos (couple years maybe?) and was craving their thin crust. Ordered two mediums and cheese stuffed... bread. They got one pizza right and the other was missing the green peppers and also wasn?t a thin crust like I ordered. Therewas barely any cheese and the pizza looked like it had been sitting for a bit. The cheese stuffed bread was ok but cheese waslackin? so could?ve been better. I called in and they offered me a free pizza for my next order which is cool but not sure Iwant to order from here again. My usual pizza spot is better (forgive me for cheating on you with dominoos). The worst service I've ever had at this Domino's. According to their app my order was going to take over 50 mins to pick up. I... get there & they're extremely busy. I go in 5 mins after my order is supposed to be ready. Then I'm told it'll be another 15 to30 mins. Every person coming to pick up was told the same thing. The counter staff was overwhelmed but that's no reason to berude. I finally get my order & it was wrong. Toppings missing & the wrong sauce used. Couldn't eat 1 of the pizzas. Ordered pizza to my work place, in the instructions i said come inside as i work at a bar and would see them come through the... front door. My phone ended up dying & then never showed up. gave them a call and said that he called but couldn?t get a hold ofme. so then left. understandable. i then left another number to call when outside since my phone was dead. they told me it wouldbe another half hour, i said okay. I ordered at 9:12 pm & at 10:45 i called one more time asking how much longer it would be.They again told me the same thing they did the first time i called. At this point i?m getting frustrated because i left the newnumber with them and they had not called me once. Told me it would be another half hour and then it never showed up. Veryfrustrating. Ordered the new Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was appalling 3 tiny pieces of meat. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering... any of their sandwiches. Was told thats the way they make them. Read more
