????????I placed my order at 5:24 pm for delivery with just 8 mins drive. It was just a meal. I got it at 7:19 pm. After a long... wait I got this piece of steel wool in my food. And in that 2 hour time frame I called and messaged at delivery number so manytimes to find out why they are taking two hours for a single meal. They did not attend my call, and keep messaging that order ison its way. They messaged at 6:38 pm that order is on its way. But I got it at 7:19 pm. And if I talk about Palak Paneer which Iordered was lacking flavour. And just a suggestion for you guys if you are reading my review, please don?t mess up with yourcustomer?s food, because they are not getting it for free. Bless you guys. Read more
Ordered Channe Bhature and received after 10 minutes from given time. When we opened the food then it looked like the bhature... was made last night coz.. these were cold and watery & the paper towel around the baturas look like jiven Currey (???) dullihundi a ! So, make sure while pickup that food is hot or cold because when you give call Dawat then unfortunately they can?t doanything because by mistake you received wrong order ?????????. Day by day reducing the Quality of food !!!! Read more

We wanted to see what all the cars parked for and we found this very popular restaurant. The prices are super low and the food... pretty decent. If you?re looking for affordable decent food to take home, this is a perfect place for you. This isn?t yourcommon Indian restaurant like Clay Oven or Cilantro?s. Most of our order came cooled except the samosas and roti. The roti wasok but I like naan bread more; it was a little dry and a little sweet. The texture of the roti reminded me of a pancake. We alsoordered butter chicken, curry chicken, veg korma, and rice. Once we got home, we warmed them up. The samosas crispy wrappingsmoother than what I?m used to and the veggie stuffing was less salty. Overall good light tasting samosa. The red sauce was alittle spicy; the white sauce was a bit creamy and taste a little like yogurt. The curry was less oily and creamy than yourtypical Indian restaurant. The butter chicken was a little spicy which I liked. The curry chickens had very little thickness toit; it was okay in my books. I?m both these curry though the chicken was great; flavourful and soft. The veg korma wassurprisingly good too. The rice was okay and nothing special. A few things to note. We tried to order take out over the phone afew times but always went to voicemail. We had to go to the restaurant and order in person. They were super busy as expected. There isn?t much of a menu to view in the store so if you?re new, I recommend looking up some of the photos of the menu andlearning what they are. The cashier tried to help explaining some items to us but it was difficult understanding because Ididn?t know the names of foods and there were no visual aids (images or a menu) Read more
Mohamed and I decided to see the hype of the many cars always parked on this street in front of Dawat one night. The place is... more of a pick up and go/take out and quite small inside, no dine-in. The one who took our order was a very kind lady whoexplained to us and suggested to us what their best to-go meals were since it was our first time there. Since we did not orderin advance we had to wait about 8 minutes in the car. The total came to $9. We ordered the following as our late nightsnacks: Roti 0.60 - we had 2 for our order. This was dry and she did mention that but not spicy, which was ok for me. We hadanother type called Aloo Jera ($3.00) filled with potatoes, onions, spices, and herbs and that was really good with an extraspiced kick to it. The yogurt provided to us was not to our liking though as it was way too sour. We also had veggie samosaswhich were crisp and tasty. Read more
Location is good but parking could be problem at times. Now they have made it more like picking up only option not dine in. it... is good for some but not for all. Food taste more like home made but not like typical east indian restaurant style which Ibelieve is good.I wish they are using the ingredients based on the good style of east india. Fast service you can get foodpacked they have started sweets and even deserts too, may have to wait for roti though. Overall good place for trying out. Itried their food at parties and family functions etc. Its good so far no complaints till date. Customer service is better hereas compared to few restaurants in city. I wish they do well in future too Read more
Only OK for quick pick up. Otherwise Ambience is very depressing and the food isn't the Best taste wise but its very cheap. You... get what you pay for. So may be that's the reason. Only recommended for quick bites. Read more
