I would rate my experience zero stars if I could. I ordered one small Blizzard and one Dilly Bar this evening. I had just... finished wondering why the car in front of me was taking so long. They were only passed one Blizzard. So I was next. I waited inthe drive trough while observing 4 employees laughing and playing with the store phone. I started to get annoyed and honked myhorn. The store had no other customers. About 8 min passed when finally an employee noticed me. They asked what my order was. Isaid what it was and asked why there were 5 employees and not one serving me. Another employee took over and explained he didn?tknow who was working drive through and that ?they? were in the back with another employee. I was told the employee that finallypassed me my blizzard was busy taking out the garbage. I left very irritated and confused. I?m not sure who was working thedrive through and why out of the 5 employees horsing around inside not one was serving me. I never complain. But I really wanteda blizzard and I?m hoping I can go back to one of the only local Dairy Queens in my neighbourhood. Please save the playtime forwhen no one is waiting. Better yet, for when you aren?t being paid to serve customers. My Very Cherry Chip Blizzard was amilkshake. Over blended with no chunks and melting from sitting there for so long. What can I say they serve ice cream and their food that they have is great!! always been friendly when I?ve gone. it does take a... little bit longer in the drive-through, but that just means your food is coming out super fresh ?? Read more
Came in today just for a quick snack, walked in at 4:30, there was one other person in the restaurant, the lady behind the... counter took my order right away. All I wanted was a small blizzard and medium fries. I waited 15 minutes for my food. Therewere 5+ people working behind the counter and in the time I waited for my food no other orders went out. I have no idea why asmall order of fries and a blizzard would take so long to prepare. Read more
Visited the drive through and overall great food, fast service, and good quality.
I will start by saying this is week 1 of being open. BUT, it was a complete gong show in there. They stopped taking orders... inside to ?catch up? yet kept serving the drive thru no problem. All the customers inside just stood there and watched drivethru being taken care of. Many people just left. It took well over 35 minutes to wait inside to order a mini blizzard (theyweren?t serving bigger sizes?), get my order and leave. Also randomly there was a man in the food prep area with a baby in hisarms. Very very strange. I suspect once they get into a better groove, it will get better. The good , food was correct and didn?t take long and tasted like it should. Now keep in mind it?s day 2 of opening. It was very... discouraging seeing a person in a manager/owner uniform walk clear passed spilt drinks , dirty tables with garbage in them andwalking around with stressed new employees buzzing around very clearly fresh out of training. Sir lead by example if you are toogood to up keep a clean table on day 2 and I won?t get started on the bathrooms it?s going to be a rough go. This could beaddressed by a little taste of humble. Ordered 2 - 6 piece chicken strip dinners sauced and tossed. Chicken was hard, chewy and cold.
