Absolutely terrible service! Extremely rude employees. They clearly don?t know how to show proper ?friendly?customer service at... all! While getting ice cream with my dad and husband. One of the employees made a mistake while taking my dads order for blizzard. He ordered a large but she charge us for regular .when my dad told them to make it large and he can pay thedifference. While they making new large blizzard my dad ask them what you gonna do with this mistakenly made one they said wewill throw this out in the garbage but my dad said I don?t want you to waste the food so except of paying the difference I canpay for the new large one this one get back to so they refused to give it back while we were telling them we are willing to pay.One of the employee name Corey he jumped in and instead of helping the problem he start yelling at my dad and told us to leavehe was giving us refund that we refused to take it . That was a terrible experience they have untrained staff that not able tolisten customers properly. Me and my family decided we are never ever going there . Very Poor behaviour . Had a terrible experience yesterday at regent Dairy Queen . My dad and me order ice cream i ordered regular and my dad ordered... Large but order taker lady didn't hear properly and give us 2 regular when we point out that and told them to make it right theysaid fine we will make you a new one . While they were making new one my dad ask them what you guys gonna do about the regularone that you made they said we gonna throw it out but my dad said i don't want you to throw it out just give it back to me causei already pay for this and i'll pay you for the large one that you are making right now.The whole point of my dad was he don'twant the food to be waste and even we were willing to pay for the mistakenly made order that they were about to throw into thegarbage . But due to poor management, Poor customer Service , They literally didn't understand what the customers want to orderand what they give to them one of the employ name Corey start yelling at my dad and demand us go leave the store and he give usrefund but refused to take our refund but we don't need that money back . We just want them not to throw that ice cream intogarabge that they mistakenly made even we said we will pay for it but don't waste it. Extremely poor service. Employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. When they got my... order wrong and I asked for it to be corrected, they acted as if I was trying to cheat them. Though I offered to pay for bothorders so it wouldn't go to waste, they made it a point to throw it into the trash in front of me. Have been going here for a few times and i always order a blizzard with peanut butter sauce on top (like a royal reese blizzard)... and not blend into the ice cream. They were okay with it and have been doing it whenever i order it. Which makes me happy. Today (June 25) i ordered the same and the guy refused to do it and said that this location is not allowed to do that. I hopeall employees i guess are on the same page. Will not come back here again. One of the best Dairy Queens in the city to go to. Each visit I've had has been a positive experience I remember one time I was... able to order a cake through the drive-thru during the pandemic as a last minute order for Mother's Day, and I also rememberordering my own birthday cake through Dairy Queen and their details and artistry with airbrushing and decorating was great atthis location. They even got an Instagram for their ice cream cake portfolio packed with various designs that you cannot seeanywhere else in the city, at least to the best of my knowledge. Never have I ever had a bad experience from this location. I'veordered from burgers to chicken tenders to blizzards and they have always been done right with quality and accuracy. Ordered 2 chocolate based blizzards , one based on this sign in the restaurant. Look at the sign and look at my blizzard. The... sign picture is brown colored chocolate ice cream, what they gave me was white vanilla. The picture has brownie chunks on top,what they gave me has none. The picture has a heaping portion, what they gave me was much less. For $6.19 for a little cup ofice cream they should fill it up as advertised and make it as advertised.
