I follow a gluten free and dairy free diet so it?s hard for me to find a place where I can eat. Their entire menu is gluten free... and they also have dairy free, vegan and sugar free options so they can accommodate a lot dietary restrictions. I?m really sadto hear that the restaurant closed as this was my go to place. They still have grab and go lunch options but their menu is morelimited now. I love Cocobeans, I am celiac and have been going here for years. It really is unfortunate they stopped serving hot food as... this was one of the only restaurants I could count on when my husband and I would go out for dinner. Now they do mostly cakesand desserts with frozen food you can take home. We lost huge on this change. ** thanks Cocobeans for the response. We arestill patrons and will Continue to be. This is my absolute favourite place! My fiancée and I are frequent customers and have never had a bad experience. I have celiac... disease, and I am a vegetarian, and find it extremely comforting to have a safe place to find baked goods, frozen meal options,and baking supplies. Ever since we found this place a month ago We've been eating here ever since. The bakery part is the best part. They have... macaroons, tarts, cupcakes, cookies, cake and so much more. Went for a light dinner, checking the place out for a visiting relative with celiacs. On the whole it was pretty good. Had... burgers and chicken fingers and their chocolate cake for dessert. The buns were very good, I have no problem with gluten butusually can tell the difference when I have gluten free foods. These buns were great. The breading on the chicken wasdelicious, crunchy and tasty. The cake was a bit heavy in texture, but still rich and chocolaty,. Saw a pizza on our way outand it looked pretty good too. On the whole, I found it a bit expensive since I don't need to avoid gluten, but for someonewho needs to avoid it this is a great place. I would cheerfully go with someone who needs it and look forward to taking ourvisitors there. Read more
