Chicken Delight was always my favorite Chicken. The people who run these franchises nowadays obviously do not care about... tradition...It's all about bottom line. I have no doubt that they are diluting the coating mixture and making the pieces smallerfor nuggets etc. There is zero taste. I called Head office a couple of years ago and they said it's probably because of new oilbeing used. I've tried it over and over with the same result. The over inflated price doesn't help either. Whenever I have friends/family gathering, I just order from them, it saves my time and effort both. Massive disappointment when you order food, your kids are starving and when your chicken delight comes.... You are so excited to... open up the bag but I noticed the outside it's covered in oil. Pick up the boxes inside to see it's sitting in a puddle of oil.The meals were cold and soaked in oil ,rand then heavily salted. Nothing was ate and I had to spend even more money getting thekids McDonalds. Never will I order from chicken delight/ again. Read more

Ordered 4 chicken strips, large fry and small gravy.. came to 24$ with delivery.. took an hour and 40 min to show up.. driver... then ASKED for a tip.. and it was completely dry and stale. Smh.. the chicken was way over cooked.. not edible. Called tocomplain, and the guy on phone refused to give me his name.. or the name of the manager and proceeded to make the excuse of "itsbusy" smh.. no accountability what so ever.. won't highly recommend you go somewhere else.
