Best bakery in Winnipeg. Actually, one of the best in Canada. The desserts are works of art. We recently tried the chocolate... mousse (gluten free), the mango cake and cinnamon buns. They were all SPECTACULAR! We shared the treats in the group and we weretrying to decide which one we like best. Some thought the mousse was the best. And it was SCRUMPTIOUS! Talk about elevating the dessert game in the city. There?s one thing that makes Cake-ology miles better than even above average... bakeries and that?s because they make art. Their desserts are a combination of amazing flavour, texture, and beauty. Along sidea seasonal purchase, I tried their signature Kouign-Amann, as per recommendation of the owner, it did not disappoint. Limited selection. Prices not commensurate to the size and quality. The price of their pistachio cream puff is $11 plus tax. It... was too small for the price. Taste wise it was good but not exceptional. Read more
Nice little place, good tasting food. The workers were very helpful and friendly. Selection isn?t great, it?s obviously more... cake-based (name makes sense, right?). Cupcakes were very good however, very dense, although slightly pricey. Overall, stillrecommend if you?re in the area or a cake fan! Read more
