We ordered going through the drive through. However we stopped to make sure our order was right,which it was not. So we had to... walk in and straighten it out. That was a disaster. Seeing the live status of the restaurant, it's August 10th 2022 7:08pm restaurant "is less busy than usual" yet have the... audacity to mess up my order which costed $51 from skips, there is by regulation 2-3 people watching this order regardless ofthe restaurants flow, if not even the shift co-manager should have known about it and realize that the order was half missingand 2 items replaced with wrong items, we order chicken based items yet we got a hamburger side wrapped cheese burgers SMH thisis coming from a former shift co-manager who knows mcphilips manager 'blanche' this is just unacceptable atleast who is runninghomes st BK now? 3/10 rating this time Read more
This Burger King is one of Winnipeg's oldest, (I think), and it is still the same after 36 years of Whoppers with cheese. My... youngest enjoyed this location for the first time yesterday and liked it a lot! Also, the bathrooms were clean. Read more
This is an intercity restaurant location and was surprisingly clean and very safe feeling. The staff were friendly, attentive... and got my order to me quickly and without error. The food was hot and delicious, the coffee was quite good. The washroom whichis a is a public washroom only available to patrons was clean and accessible only by one of the staff pushing a button thatunlocks the door from the front counter. This is in place to ensure cleanliness and safety for patrons. I have to give this BKlocation high prompts as there are challenges associated with the location and neighborhood people and the staff are on top ofthe issues and seem to have mitigated a lot of the negative!!! Terrible. Was very specific on the deal that I wanted, she orginally punched in the wrong one, when I clarified which one I... wanted, the 5$ whopper junior meal she apologized. Which was ok. Told her I understand. Asked me what drink i wanted, andmyself not knowing this deal doesnt come with a drink answered. When I got to the window, my order was double the price. When Iasked about the amount and clarified to the lady at the window what my order was, she turned and told the one I was talking towhile ordering, it was actually the wrong items, she then came to the window and told me that I needed to specify when makingthe order. I let her know I was very specific that I said I wanted the 5$ deal. In a very annoyed rude tone, her response was"no you didn't, I asked what drink you wanted and that deal doesn't come with a drink, you should have told me that, next time,make sure you say that you don't want a drink and then I'll know what you want." I again told her I was very specific about the$5 deal when I ordered. I didn't know it didnt come with a drink. She then ignored me and held the pin pad out and rudely saidgo wait at the front. While I completely understand alot of times fast food workers have to deal with grumpy people, andmistakes are made, I did not ONCE give her any attitude and it was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional of the way this worker acted.
