Just went to pickup delivery order literally 3 people working 2 people at front and only one at kitchen and it was super busy. I... could literally feel their frustration . Worst management ever seen as they need to put more people. I don?t know who putpositive reviews here. People were standing in line from 10 minutes and some left. I don?t know who is leaving these reviews saying the service is fast. Over the last few months maybe management changed or... something?? I have been going here for years and only recently did it start taking this long. They literally don?t take ordersat the speaker they just make you sit there for 10-15 mins before placing your order with no one in front of you. I often visit this location to enjoy my meal but the staff is usually less even in peak hours. I mostly see one person taking... drive thru and front orders also packing food . Even just one person working in Kitchen. I really feeL bad for them . You canneveR compete Mcd there are always 8-10 people working even if it?s not busy. So It?s obvious service level will drop. Iusually have to wait for my favourite king meal deal. I only see team members on floor it seems managers are enjoying. Have morestaff so service level will increase . This restaurant is obviously one of the finest place to eat in the st vital area. Whenever I visit this place I am pleased. They... preserve their high standard service and the topmost level of food they offer. You definitely will enjoy this restaurant. Veryrecommended. Read more
It was Whopper Wednesday with incredible rush on drive through. Although so busy I received my Whopper and original chicken meal... very soon. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Will visit soon for other delicious burgers ???????? Read more
We waited tonight for 20 minutes in the drive through lineup to place our order. While we waited 5 cards drove away. The food... once received was fresh and tasty and the servers friendly but wow, they were either incredibly short staffed inside or theperson in drive thru perhaps new. I hope this restaurant gets the help it needs. We love Burger King. Read more
Used the online ordering. Staff had no idea it existed, I showed the reciept and was told nothing they could do to fulfill my... order as the order was not present in the store yet. When I asked how should I proceed if a receipt was not sufficient to proveI had an order the response from the manager was "I don't really know" Pretty terrible "convenience" app for ordering pickup. They eventually sorted it out, after sitting around waiting for the system to produce our order on their in-house computer.It Would have been faster to simply drive in, make a fresh order and waited for the order to be put together.
