It's Burger King. What can I tell ya. Food is ok, coupons are plentiful. Points when you use the app. All around a good deal.

Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes to place order - was the only one in line. Was told by 2 different employees that... someone would be there soon but noone came. They were all too busy working the drive thru. Not the first time this has happenedat this location. Read more

Lots of kids like to hangout here, must have patience for the young ones. Food was ok very very hot in the restaurant so much so... we had to take our food and leave it was so uncomfortable ???? Read more

Not sure the ladies name but was in a Black sweater & pants no name tag, honestly have no idea if she even really works there... due to her behavior I seen tonight just before 7pm. I don't think she really likes her job cause she was just angry when Iwalken in behind a group of others and due to this crew persons behavior I just walked out and went to McDonald's. You need totrain your crew how to handle a custom complaint, the ladies that were having an issue ask her repeatedly whats your name andcan I have the name of the Manager or when are they in so I can talk with them and she out & out said your not getting anythingyou have no rights to know my name or any information!!!! ???? Not saying if the ladies that were having issues where in theright or not but when you have someone representing your company in such an unprofessional way I would definitely want to know.I will never go to this location again. I was extremely disappointed with my delivery order. I ordered and paid for a Whopper with cheese but I received a Whopper... Junior without cheese, my mozzarella sticks were probably sitting under the heat lamp for hours and my apple pie (which was notapple) was hard and crunchy and virtually inedible. They lost me as a walk-in and food delivery customer. Read more

I have gone to this Burger King for years and it has slowly diminished in quality and costumer service. Today they got both my... orders wrong, many other people were complaining about the same. My partner went back to get our orders redone, they wouldn'trefund our money, they got the orders wrong AGAIN, and had to do them a third time, it was a complete desaster. They have somepoor woman who doesn't speak enough English trying to guess what your order is. She is alone and there is no one else at thecounter. She did punch in the wrong burger but the other one was the kitchen that got it wrong. What a mess, never going back. Read more

Ordered take out, but they didn't get any aspect of our order right. I drove back, and they got it wrong a second time. I... asked the manager for a refund to compensate for the time and gas lost to correct their mistake, but they didn't really seem tocare. The whole restaurant just looked like a disaster and no one had a clue what was going on. I felt terrible for the poorgirl left to work the front counter all by herself. She was new and had no support from her manager. Management, don'tleave your staff high and dry when they're just starting! It's unfair to them. At a time when inflation is at an all timehigh, companies need to step up and do better. This is behaviour of corporations, who just hope to get away with providingthe lowest service possible, needs to stop. Read more
