The burger is nothing like in the pic it's not real hamburger patties or home ade. Ones it's a processed burger like you buy... from the store. Huge let down. I ordered a hot dog last time good I didn't notice.. and onion rings you get like 6-7 littleones. Read more
First time visiting this location and we were not disappointed. I probably would have given five stars for food because the... poutine was amazing. However, the burgers were a bit bland but that shouldn't take away from the overall experience. I didappreciate that we could pick what toppings we wanted and was impressed that they had fried onions as one of the options. Spent some alone quality time. Place is average but the service was very good. Had a chicken burger and a strawberry... milkshake. You get to choose the toppings which is pretty amazing. Anyhoo, would recommend. Read more
the best burgers in town....used to have them when I was kid and had one in my neighborhood but now I have to drive to the other... side of the city but definitely worth it..the staff is very friendly and very accommodating to what and how you want yr ordersdone...definitely worth the trip!!!! This is one of the cleanest restaurants I?ve been to, the service was excellent and the quality was top notch. Had the classic burger factory special, which used to be a favorite of mine when visiting the Portage location years ago. Let's... just say "The glory days are gone." Cheaper ingredients, different buns, and hamburger that makes you question it's origin allcontribute to an underwhelming experience. Read more
