My friend actually got a burger here and it is pricy but it's totally worth the money.

After outlet shopping calls for food! We decided to try Big Smoke Burger for the first time because their line ups are always... long and full of people and wanted to see what the hype was all about. Pros: First, there are many options to choosefrom! Food is made fresh and in front of you. Servers follow your order to a T, especially if you requested for no mustard, nobacon, etc. due to allergies/to your preference. I will give 4/5 stars because the French fries were just so tasty anddelicious. Had that extra crisp and the perfect saltiness. No wonky soggy fries. Cons: Even though there wasn?t a big line whenit was our turn, it took SO long for our burgers and fries to cook. The meals were a bit overpriced for classic burger +cheeseburger combo and the burger wrapping bags were super oily so the paper bag had oil on the bottom (not that big of a dealthough, just notifying for reference). Their front counter space could use a nice cleaning/ dusting as you can see from the pic(there is dust) on the menu near their till. Other than that, I did come back recently and will decide which otherburgers/combos to try for next time. Read more

Very surprised how good the food is here.Nuberger was my favorite but I would give this place a very close second place.The... burger was just like barbecue at home but with more flavor. Fries are great too.I highly recommend if you like burgers. Read more

Came here when craving burgers. Me and my fiancé loved the burgers. Unique options very yummy. Big size but it had better be... for the price it is. Poutine was not bad had real cheese curds which I loved. However when I asked to upgrade to a menu poutineI was told I couldn?t for the premium options. The guy seemed a bit stunned and confused. I had their Burger Week "smokehouse pulled pork" and it was really great! Flavour was excellent and it was juicy. The bun held... up well with the sauce and had a great taste. The price was a bit expensive though in my opinion: $13.50 + tax for just theburger. Still, it was very good! Read more

Ok this is the most delicious burger I ever had. I have eaten here before but it was not special or memorable. Today I had the... "CRAZY" burger, added sauteed mushrooms ???? perfection. It was moist, the meat was amazing, the spices were an explosion ofmild and spicy! Lettuce fresh and crispy. The slaw - wow! Perfect combination. Read more

Food was really awesome. But staff was very distracted on their phones the whole time. Stood there for a while to place an order... and they did not notice me since they were on their phones with their backs turned. I like that I could see them cook my burger,that way I know it?s fresh. But the guy couldn?t get off of his phone the whole time he was cooking it. Patty was tasty but over cooked. Why offer medium well option if all the burgers are going to be cooked very well. The fellow... manning the grill handled raw burger patties then helped assemble the burger buns. As a trained chef, doing this in an openkitchen... not cool. Had the blue burger. Nice sauce and cheese. Wouldn't make an extra trip just for these burgers. The partiesare extremely small. Better burgers at VJs, Bouchee Bouchee, and Charlies. Onion rings were tasty but only got 5. That's adollar a ring.. should give a few more. If I'm at the mall I would have a burger again. Read more
