I?ve been here several times and I really like the fact that it?s not super busy like the other restaurants. The employees are... always nice. The food always taste good, and I love their the root beer. It?s also a brand new building so the atmosphere isreally nice, both indoor and outdoor. I would definitely eat here again. Read more
Every time I go here the food is super different. Like either slathered in mustard, or absolutely no flavor, third try cold and... bland onion rings. Other locations are better service and better quality. Read more
Used a coupon for a papa burger and rings for 8.99. Cashier charged it as a mama burger and fries for 8.99 and then did an... upgrade to papa and rings which bumped the price up to 10.49. Not impressed. I wouldn't have bothered using the coupon if youwere going to charge full price anyway. When asked why the price was so high the cashier just said the price was right andclosed the window. Bad service and badly trained staff. Read more

I went there for some good and because I like chicken I chose a chicken wrap for 3+ dollars (same price like hamburger in the... bun) . After couple minutes I got something TINY!!! So tiny that I could bite it for two times only ! I paid same money as forreal bun with meat but and got one chicken nuget wrapped in 7cm of lattice and 5 cm of baby wrap . I want to get the same amountas if I got a chicken in the bun . But this MICRO wrap can be only part as a baby meal. Will never go there again. Read more
I specifically ordered no mustard for my child only to find out when I got home that they put mustard. Nevermind the fact that... they charged me extra for the bottle of water without telling me that it's an extra charge when they were out of chocolate milk.Unbelievable! I should have looked at the Google reviews about on this place before coming here. As a loyal A&E customer, Inormally cannot say no to A&W but this location is a hard pass. Read more
I feel sick from eating cold food. Being laughed at in a different language while they look at me helping other customers,... stared at, and waited 10mins+ for a breakfast when they served many other guests. They didn?t even have hash browns or whitebread. After watching a YouTube video (5+ minutes)?I got up and waited at the counter until they handed my food to me. Broughtme my to go order on a plate then had to take it back to bag it, which took an extra 5 minutes?. Watching my beyond already coldfood go back again. My over easy egg is over hard. No runny yolk at all. Beyond disappointed, what a waste of money. I wastreated horribly. If I wanted cold food I could?ve looked in the fridge for leftovers, didn?t eat the eggs at all as they werefridge cold after getting home. Bacons cold, bread burnt and cold, sausage Luke warm. Very depressing. DONT EVER GET TAKE OUTINSIDE. I never want to go back to that location or any now after that. I just wanted to spoil myself with a nice breakfastand that ruined my whole day.
